Lindford Road Loughborough, Leicestershire
Lindford Road, a two-bedroom detached bungalow located on the outskirts of Loughborough, Leicestershire, was a recent acquisition of the Client. Purchased with a view of extending to the rear and conversion of the loft space to provide a three-bedroom family home.
Working closely with the Client, JMP Architecture developed initial sketch proposals to modify the property to deliver a three-bedroom home. These options explored both a direction working within permitted development rights and one which would require a planning application. The final scheme extended the property to the rear, providing a larger kitchen / snug and utilised the loft space to deliver two additional bedrooms. These proposals were developed into planning and building regulations drawing packages for submission to the local authorities.
